1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (mdcdesigncenter.com) and any purchase or service engagement with MDC Design Center LLC ("MDC," "we," "us"). By visiting our showroom, placing an order, or using our website you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices shown in our showroom, website, or quotes are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing is confirmed at the time a written invoice or quote is issued. MDC reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time.

• Cabinet, countertop, flooring, and vanity pricing is per the current in-store price list.
• Custom orders (special sizes, finishes, cut-to-size countertops) are priced per written quote.
• Installation pricing is provided separately and is subject to a site visit estimate.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders require a signed invoice and a deposit before materials are reserved or ordered. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, major credit cards. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments over $1,000.

• Standard deposit: 50% of invoice total at order placement.
• Balance due: prior to delivery or pickup.
• Special-order items require 100% payment in advance.

4. Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be fully satisfied. Please inspect all materials at pickup or delivery.

• Stock items: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase in original, undamaged condition. A 15% restocking fee applies.
• Special-order / custom items: All sales final. No returns or cancellations once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
• Countertops: Once fabrication begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Damaged goods: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will replace or credit confirmed manufacturer defects.

5. Design Consultation

Free 3D design consultations are provided as a courtesy to assist with planning. Designs, layouts, and material recommendations produced during consultation are estimates only and do not constitute a binding contract. Final measurements and specifications must be verified by a licensed contractor or installer before ordering.

6. Delivery & Pickup

MDC offers local delivery within the South Jersey / Greater Philadelphia area for a flat fee quoted at time of sale. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the delivery location. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed; MDC is not liable for delays caused by supply chain or weather conditions.

For customer pickups: bring adequate vehicle capacity and padding materials. MDC staff can assist loading but are not liable for damage that occurs after materials leave our premises.

7. Installation

MDC does not directly employ installation crews. Any installation referrals are to independent licensed contractors. MDC is not responsible for installation workmanship, timelines, or disputes between the customer and the installing contractor.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service at issue. MDC is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

9. Website Use

Content on mdcdesigncenter.com (photos, product descriptions, pricing) is for informational purposes only and may not reflect current in-store inventory or pricing. Do not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any site content without written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect contact information (name, phone, email) only when voluntarily provided through forms or inquiries. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Camden County, New Jersey.

12. Changes to These Terms

MDC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
