We serve homeowners, contractors, remodelers, builders and investors across South Jersey and the Philadelphia area. We deliver within about 30 miles of Cherry Hill, and many customers pick up at the showroom. See our delivery and pickup area.

Kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, waterproof luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, bathroom vanities, wall panels and trim molding, all stocked in Cherry Hill. MDC is a materials supplier and wholesale showroom, not a general contractor.

Face frame cabinets have a solid wood frame on the front of the box, a traditional look with a little less interior access because of the frame. Frameless cabinets have no front frame, which gives more interior access and a clean, modern look. We stock both.

Yes. Our core cabinet lines are stocked in Cherry Hill and most orders are ready for same-week pickup. Call (609) 707-4527 to confirm that your chosen color is available.

Special orders from other suppliers often take three to six weeks. That is the wait our in-stock lines avoid. Send us your cabinet list and we will tell you what is available now.

Yes. We stock complete factory-direct 10×10 kitchen packages in White Shaker, Gray Shaker and Blue Shaker, with boxes, doors and hardware bundled together. Minimum order quantities apply to package deals. Call (609) 707-4527 with your actual cabinet list and we will price the job.

No. For cabinets we are a materials supplier only. Your own crew or installer handles the installation, which is why our cabinet pricing carries no labor markup.

No. Engineered quartz is non-porous, so it resists stains and moisture without sealing. Clean it with soap and water.

Yes. MDC Design Center provides countertop installation throughout Cherry Hill and South Jersey. We also sell materials only for contractors who handle their own installation.

Yes. Quartz has a non-porous surface that resists moisture, which makes it a good fit for bathroom vanity tops as well as kitchens.

We stock waterproof luxury vinyl plank (LVP) in 33 colors and three thicknesses, all with click-lock installation:

• 5mm: 9 colors, 7″ x 48″ planks, 20 MIL wear layer, SPC rigid core
• 6mm: 7 colors, 9″ x 48″ planks, 20 MIL wear layer, SPC rigid core
• 8mm Laurel Reserve: 17 colors, 9″ x 48″ planks, 22 MIL wear layer, lifetime warranty

The wear layer is the protective top coat on a vinyl plank, measured in MIL (thousandths of an inch). Our 5mm and 6mm lines have a 20 MIL wear layer and our 8mm Laurel Reserve line has a 22 MIL wear layer.

Yes. Our 5mm, 6mm and 8mm LVP lines are 100% waterproof and suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and basements.

Our in-stock flooring is waterproof vinyl plank (LVP) in 5mm, 6mm and 8mm thicknesses. Call us if you are looking for something specific.

No. For flooring we are a materials supplier only. Your own crew or installer handles the labor. Send us your square footage and we will tell you how many boxes to order.

We stock 18 vanity collections (Adora, Aria, Arte, Ashley, Catalina, Fawna, Frame, Gala, Isabel, Luca, Luna, Paloma, Ravello, Romina, Sempre, Simena, Solana and Sorrento), from about 20″ to 84″ wide, with single and double bowl options in the larger sizes. They are in stock for same-week pickup.
