Wholesale & Trade Pricing
MDC Design Center is a wholesale supplier of kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, LVP flooring and bathroom vanities in Cherry Hill, NJ. Contractors, remodelers, builders and investors buy at trade pricing rather than retail, and pricing improves as order volume grows.
How Trade Pricing Works
1. Send Your List
Send your cabinet list, plan or takeoff. We price the actual job, not a generic estimate.
2. Call or Visit
Call (609) 707-4527 with your project details, or review materials in person at our Cherry Hill showroom.
3. Pick Up Same Week
Most orders are ready for pickup the same week — no three-to-six-week special-order queue.
In Stock, Not Special Order
Cabinets, countertops, flooring and vanities are on the floor in our Cherry Hill warehouse. Most orders are ready for pickup the same week instead of sitting in a three-to-six-week special-order queue, which is the main reason contractors buy from us instead of a factory-direct order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer contractor or trade pricing?
Yes. MDC Design Center is a wholesale supplier, so contractors, remodelers, builders and investors buy at trade pricing rather than retail, and pricing improves as order volume grows.
Is everything in stock, or do I have to wait weeks?
Our core cabinet, countertop, flooring and vanity lines are stocked here in Cherry Hill. Most orders are ready for pickup the same week.
Do you install cabinets, countertops or flooring?
We install countertops in Cherry Hill and across South Jersey. For cabinets, flooring and vanities we supply materials only, so your own crew or installer handles the labor and our pricing carries no labor markup on those products.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order quantities apply on some wholesale packages, such as full 10×10 kitchen deals. Many other items can be bought as the job needs them — call and we’ll tell you what applies.
Where are you located and when are you open?
1970 Old Cuthbert Rd, Ste. 250, Cherry Hill Township, NJ 08034 — open Monday through Saturday, 8:30am to 6:30pm. We serve contractors across South Jersey and the Philadelphia area.
